DESICCATED COCONUT
This is the shredded and dried white meat of fresh and mature coconuts, possessing the natural taste, flavour and aroma of a fresh wholesome coconut. With or without preservative, and available in Granulated Cuts - Medium, Fine, Extra Fine and Special Cuts - Flakes, Fancy Shred, Regular Chips, Thick Chips and Organic varieties. All desiccated coconut products come in a 11.34kg (25lb) Kraft paper bag with an inner polyliner.
REDUCED FAT COCONUT
This is our low fat desiccated coconut in natural blend and comes preservative free. Mainly used in confectionery and baking. Packed in 10kg kraft paper bag with an inner polyliner.
COCONUT MILK POWDER
This is the creamy white powder produced from freshly squeezed coconut milk – blended with natural stabilizers to facilitate spray-drying. It comes in two variants, Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder Regular and Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder Gluten Free & Dairy Free – suitable for anyone from professional chefs to manufacturers. It’s packaged in a 15kg carton with an inner polyliner.
COCONUT CREAM
Our Coconut Cream is a thick creamy white liquid extracted from fresh and finely selected coconuts. UHT-processed to preserve the freshness and natural flavour of newly squeezed coconut milk, the product comes in two variants, with stabilisers or stabiliser free, to address the needs of food manufacturers. The product is also available in organic form. The product is available in the following packaging: 25kg aseptic bag in double walled corrugated carton or 200kg aseptic bag in steel drum.
COCONUT WATER
Fiesta Coconut Water is the liquid from the inside of the fresh coconut. Processed using advanced UHT-technology to preserve the refreshing quality and flavour of the product. The product is also available in organic form. The product is available in the following packaging: 25kg aseptic bag in double walled corrugated carton or 200kg aseptic bag in steel drum.
TOASTED COCONUT
Available in both sweetened and unsweetened varieties, this textural nutty ingredient can be used in anything from baked goods, cereals and granolas or decorative cake toppings. You can choose from flakes, our unique fancy shred, thick chips and granulated medium or fine. This product is not a standard stock item and minimum order quantities are required.
ORGANIC COCONUT SUGAR
This organic variety is palm sugar produced from the sap of the flower and stem of the coconut palm. Available in a corrugated carton which contains 4 x 5kg inner high-barrier liner bags. Carton is 20kg in total weight.
SWEETENED COCONUT
Using the shredded flesh of a ripened coconut, this sweetened variety is soft and chewy. Available in flakes and our unique fancy shred, it’s used in its sweetened form as decorative cake topping and as batter for baked and fried seafood or baked sweet goods. This product is not a standard stock item and minimum order quantities are required.
COCONUT FLOUR
High in fibre, protein and healthy fats, our coconut flour is made by dehydrating and finely grinding the coconut flesh after the oil has been extracted. It’s free from wheat and other grains, low in sugar and digestible carbohydrates. This product is not a standard stock item and minimum order quantities are required.
VIRGIN COCONUT OIL
This is the unrefined oil of pure, virgin, dried coconut meat. Virgin Coconut Oil is used anywhere from cooking, to baking, to skincare and beauty remedies – it’s found in various health food, industrial and pharmaceutical products globally. This product is not a standard stock item and minimum order quantities are required.
RBD COCONUT OIL
This pure coconut cooking oil is prepared from carefully selected and processed crude coconut oil. It has undergone a special refining process to remove all impurities and ensure good resistance to oxidation during frying or cooking. Its light color and plain taste don’t impact the flavour and look of finished products. This product is not a standard stock item and minimum order quantities are required.
